Ja'Wuan James

It's no secret that the 2011 Tennessee Volunteers must count on many younger players when filling out their starting lineup. Sign in or subscribe now to see what the team's right tackle had to say following Thursday's practice.

Out of Tennessee's sophomore-laden football team, among the most experienced second-year players is Ja'Wuan James.

The 6-foot-6, 324-pound right tackle started all 13 games as a true freshman coming out of North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, Ga.

If the Volunteers want to get back to "pounding the rock," they'll have to have a productive season from offensive linemen like James, who was named to the Coaches' All-SEC Freshman team for his performance in 2010.
