InsideTennessee's experts were generally successful on last week's picks. Danny Parker and Chris Price went 8-2 each, while Randy Moore and Josh Woodward went 7-3 due to picking Georgia over South Carolina.
Here are their projections for this week's games, plus their year-to-date records:
DANNY PARKER (19-3)
LSU at Mississippi State (Thurs.): Can't see the Bulldogs running on that LSU defense. LSU, 28-13
Auburn at Clemson: Talented Clemson just can't put it all together. Auburn, 38-31
Coastal Carolina at Georgia: Memphis native Marlin Brown has his best game of his college career. Georgia, 42-7
Ole Miss at Vanderbilt: Likely more talent in the stands with baseball recruits on visits. Mississippi, 11-6
Navy at South Carolina: Not the blowout some expect. S. Carolina, 28-20
Tennessee at Florida: Somebody come bail me out after I pick a fight with 26 Gator fans at some hole in the wall in Gainesville after downing six Red Bulls. "Yes, I am referring to your mother — Dorothy Mantooth." Oh, and please have Josh's lawyer and wife on speed dial since he is likely to kill a guy with a trident. Tennessee, 23-20
CHRIS PRICE (19-3)
LSU at Mississippi State (Thursday): LSU is rolling into Week 3 with a full head of steam and they aren't slowing down. They could be heading for the national title this year if they can handle the pressure. Tigers, 42-17.
North Texas at Alabama: And Tennessee fans are upset about the Vols out-of-conference schedule. Are you kidding me? North Texas. Even Saban schedules the cupcakes. Tide rolls, 38-0.
Troy at Arkansas: Arkansas can handle this team with ease. Not much else to say. Hogs, 51-10.
Auburn at Clemson: One of the tougher games of the week. Even did a little research on this one. I am going to go with Clemson in this one. Tahj Boyd has thrown for three TDs in the first two game. I am going with the ACC. Clemson, 38-35.
Coastal Carolina at Georgia: Georgia gets their first win of the season in this one. If not Richt will be booed out of his own stadium. Dogs, 45-9.
Louisville at Kentucky: The Wildcats got off to a rough start, but I think they will be up for this in-state rivalry. I am going with the Vols' border rival. Kentucky, 24-14.
Ole Miss at Vanderbilt: Both teams have played one quality opponent and one scrub. I am going with Vandy because they took care of UCONN, but who knows. 'Dores win, 27-17.
Navy at South Carolina: The triple option might keep the midshipmen in it until halftime, but not much longer. Garcia gets the job done. Gamecocks, 42-20.
Tennessee at Florida: Tennessee hasn't beaten the Gators in six years. I may pay for this pick in the overall rankings, but I am going to buy into the hype. The streak ends in Gainesville. Vols, 38-24.
JOSH WOODWARD (18-4)
LSU at Mississippi State (Thursday): LSU 45-7, The Tigers look to be a National Title contender
North Texas at Alabama: 48-3 Bama. Not much of a game for the Tide.
Troy at Arkansas: 38-20 Arkansas looks good on offense but defense is lacking.
Auburn at Clemson: 24-20, Auburn. This is a hard pick and the only reason I'm picking Auburn is they haven't lost in 17 games.
Coastal Carolina at Georgia: 35-17 Georgia. Coastal Carolina's David Bennett with one the best speeches of the year. Hope his team plays like a bunch of dogs.
Louisville at Kentucky: 20-17 Kentucky. Both teams are horrible
Ole Miss at Vanderbilt: 24-21 Vanderbilt. Again both teams are horrible
Navy at South Carolina: 48-17 Gamecocks. Carolina looks to be the team in the East to beat.
Tennessee at Florida: 31-28 Vols. Big Orange gets an upset win in the swamp and Derek Dooley gets that signature win.
RANDY MOORE (17-5)
LSU at Mississippi State (Thursday): If the Bulldogs couldn't beat a depleted Auburn squad, they probably can't beat a loaded LSU squad. Tigers, 34-27
North Texas at Alabama: NFL Hall of Fame defensive tackle Mean Joe Green attended North Texas. His alma mater could use him in this game. Bama, 49-7
Troy at Arkansas: Troy will be a mere toy for Bobby Petrino and his high-powered Razorback attack. Hogs, 45-17
Auburn at Clemson: Overachieving Auburn has lucked out twice already, so I like their chances against underachieving Clemson. Auburn, 37-27
Coastal Carolina at Georgia: The Dawgs are 0-2 and the wolves are howling in Athens. Unfortunately for Mark Richt, winning this game won't silence them. Georgia, 49-7
Louisville at Kentucky: These are two utterly inept teams but the Big Blue rates a slight edge playing at Commonwealth Stadium. Wildcats, 24-20
Ole Miss at Vanderbilt: These programs should be grateful for Kentucky. Otherwise, they'd be the two worst teams in the league this year. Commodores, 27-24
Navy at South Carolina: The Gamecocks will be flat after their emotional win at Georgia. It won't matter ... much. Carolina, 34-17
Tennessee at Florida: I've changed my mind six times this week and I can't pick a tie, so here goes: Vols, 34-31
