Tennessee fans had cold chill run down their spines when they heard long-time commitment Cameron Sutton was headed to the plains of Auburn for an official visit.

However, it was still Tennessee that would have the last word with his official visit with the Volunteers coming this weekend, which seems to have cleared what was a blurry vision of Sutton's future.

"The visit was great," Sutton told InsideTennessee. "I really enjoyed everything while I was here. I have been here previous times and every time that I come back it gets better and better.

"I am pretty much confirmed to Tennessee. This visit confirmed everything about Tennessee for me."

Sutton, who is ranked as the No. 40 corner in the 2013 class according to FOX Sports NEXT, said seeing Tennessee's announced crowd of 17,584 for Saturday's basketball win over Mississippi State was just a preview of things to come.

"I know the support here is tremendous," he said. "My biggest thing was going to the basketball game and see how loud the crowd was. That was crazy. I can't even imagine what the football is going to be like."

A three-star prospect, Sutton said seeing Neyland Stadium empty and under the lights Saturday night just made him think about his future career in the Orange & White.

"It was a great feeling to see the stadium last night," Sutton said. "It made it easy for me to see myself running out of the tunnel in there. It was really cool to see that."

The Jonesboro, Ga., native has been in constant contact with other recruits both committed and uncommitted to Tennessee and enjoyed a chance to catch up with some of the nation's finest.

"I got a chance to hang out with the players and a few of the other recruits," he said. "Me and a couple of the other recruits have been talking before we came here and it was cool to come here and see everyone and have a fun weekend."

Sutton, a 6-foot, 175 pounder, claims 4.45 40-yard dash and has turned a lot of head in the last years including FOX Sports NEXT national analyst Chad Simmons who said the following of Sutton:

"(Sutton) has the size, ball skills, game speed, and toughness you look for. He can still be better in his turns in coverage, but corner looks to be his home. He has the ability to be a very good safety on the next level too. He will provide immediate athleticism and help on the special teams at UT."

Sutton played both ways for Jonesboro (Ga.) High School as a senior and finished the season with 19 touchdowns and 1,396 all-purpose yards as a receiver and returner.
