Tennessee signee Austin Sanders

This young man made up his mind early, committing to the Vols in August of 2011, shortly before his junior year of high school began.

Austin Sanders comes to the Vols as a decorated player. He was District 5-AAA Lineman of the Year and Class AAA Lineman of the Year in Tennessee. A 6-foot5, 284-pounder from Bradley Central High in Cleveland, he was one of two Tennesseans representing the East squad in the U.S. Marine Corps 2013 Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl, helping his team post a 17-14 victory in Carson, Calif. He also played for the East in the East-West All-Star Classic. Sanders helped Bradley Central to back-to-back county titles and three consecutive playoff bids.
