Vanderbilt head coach Kevin Stallings addressed the SEC media on Monday. Stallings said the Wildcats are still very, very talented despite the loss of star Nerlens Noel. Both Vandy and Kentucky have fallen quite a bit since strong showings in the 2011-12 season.

On January 10 Kentucky (17-8, 8-4 SEC) defeated Vanderbilt (10-14, 4-8 SEC) 60-58 in a game that included a controversial late game no-call on an obvious Kentucky shot clock violation. The two teams will meet again on Wednesday night in Lexington.
