Fifth-year senior Michael Frogg, a potential offensive line starter for the University of Tennessee football program, underwent successful arthroscopic knee surgery Wednesday at UT Medical Center.

He was released later that afternoon and is expected to make a full recovery in 3-6 weeks, according to Vols head athletic trainer Jason McVeigh.

Drs. Greg Mathien and Russell Betcher, team orthopedists from the Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic, performed the surgery.
