We are releasing five at a time, on a countdown to see who we feel are the top five players in the Volunteer State. Today we look at No. 15-through No. 11.

These are not the official state rankings of Scout.com, and are solely the opinions of our recruiting staff.

15. Avery Williamson- 6-foot-2, 215-pound OLB from Milan High School, Milan TN

34 carries for 154 yards and two touchdowns, three receptions for 42 yards and a touchdowns. Defensively the junior had 92 total tackles, with 84 solo, 10 sacks, four recovered fumbles and two blocked punts. Currently holding offer from Arkansas State.

14. O. C. Brown- 6-foot-2, 315-pounds OG from Manassas High School Memphis TN

Brown is a strong athlete, if he was two inches taller he probably would have more offers than he could handle. Currently has offers from Colorado, Kentucky and Southern Mississippi. He was named MVP of Region 8A for his play his junior season. He is a three star prospect by Scout.com.

13. Zak Tait- 6-foot-4, 295-pound athlete OG from Knoxville Catholic High School Knoxville TN

Tait is a big strong tough guy that plays Rugby as a hobby. If it wasn't for a devastating knee injury two years ago, Tait's stock would probably be higher. Everyone appears to be taking the wait and see approach on how his knee is going to hold up. He currently holds offers from Colorado and New Mexico. Tait is a three star prospect by Scout. com.

12. Tim McAdoo-6-foot-1, 300-pound DT from Oakland High School Murfreesboro TN

McAdoo had a good showing at the UT Camp earlier this month. He has good quickness and decent size for the interior position. McAdoo had 99 tackles with 57 solo and seven sacks during his junior season. He was a finalist (as a Jr.) for 5A Mr. Football TN Lineman, All-Area and TSWA All-State 5A. He currently has an offer from Kentucky. McAdoo is rated as a three star prospect by Scout.com.

11. Cisco Carter-6-foot-4, 215-pound DB/Safety from Bearden High School, Knoxville TN

Cisco was one of the biggest surprises of the UT Camp two weeks ago. Great size, great feet. He back peddles well. Very athletic and appears to be very talented. Great looking athlete who will go under the radar. Has size and athletic ability but has only played a limited amount of football having to sit out his junior season because of a transfer. Look for his stock to go up this fall.
