A former Tennessee commitment decommitted from the Vols before shocking the college football world by picking up a UT hat on Saturday at the U.S. Army All-American game.

Willis committed to the Vols back in September but recently said the Vols were out of the picture. How things can change.

Willis will join teammate Corey Miller in Knoxville and will enroll in classes this upcoming week.

Willis was expected by many recruiting experts to pick North Carolina after he decommitted from the Vols. Apparently Ed Orgeron and Lane Kiffin don’t like to take no for an answer.

Willis, a 6-foot-5 255-pound defensive lineman is expected to play defensive tackle for the Vols.

The talented defensive lineman said earlier in the week his choice would be all about the coach that could get him to the NFL quicker. Apparently Willis feels that is Ed Orgeron.
