A week off from school allowed extra time for the Lady Vols to practice. It also meant the players could sleep in, go to movies and play the “Rock Band” video game with Cait McMahan on the drums and Alexis Hornbuckle on the microphone. That type of camaraderie and the chance to rest has Tennessee well poised going into postseason.
