Marlon Brown, of Memphis, has been at the top of Tennessee’s most wanted list for the Class of 2009 since 2007, whereas, Justin Brown, of Wilmington, Del., has only been a UT target since May, still these big-play wide receivers from dissimilar locales have more in common than a last name.
