Miss Basketball of Louisiana her senior year...Co-captain at Franklin (LA) HS...Averaged a double-double, with 25 points and 10 assists per game...Named Class 3A all-State First Team MVP, and selected for all-District First Team MVP...Honored as The Daily Iberian Best of Teche MVP, as well as Coca-Cola First Team MVP...Named to the 2005 all-Southern Girls' Basketball team during her junior year...Fourth best in her graduating class...Selected as Franklin High Student of the Year for her senior year...One of only two Franklin High students nominated for 2006 National Honor Society Scholarship...President of Del-Leader Teen Club of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., as well as the Future Business Leaders of America...Also lettered in volleyball, track, and softball.
