2006: Had 30 receptions for 380 yards (12.7 avg.) and one touchdown in 14 games…Had 20 receptions for 267 yards over the final five games of the campaign.
2005: Dressed for every game for the Gators…Played in two games in a season that saw him move from quarterback to tight end…Saw action at quarterback in the victory over Louisiana Tech, directing one offensive drive in the fourth quarter…Appeared in several offensive plays at wide receiver throughout the game during the Gators’ 31-24 win over Iowa in the Outback Bowl.
2004: Worked at quarterback on the scout team and did not see any game action…Scout team “Player of the Week” vs. Arkansas…Joined the UF basketball team Oct. 15 for practice and played in 19 games as a true freshman on that squad.
High School: A two-time Class 1A all-state pick in both football and basketball…Also considered Florida State, South Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech and North Carolina in the recruiting process.
Personal: Was born on June 10, 1985…Saw playing time at guard for the basketball team during the 2004-05 season before focusing only on football in the summer of 2005. Anthropology major.
