Biography:
JUCO Stats: 48 catches for 707 yards (14.7 yards per reception) and four touchdowns in 2006 for City College of San Francisco.

HS Senior Stats: O'Neal caught 35 passes for 850 yards and 24 touchdowns, including four on returns.

He is the son of Kenny O'Neal, Sr., a former tight end for the New Orleans Saints.

He was ranked as the nation’s eighth-best wide receiver by Scout.com in high school.

He redshirted his first year at Florida State and caught five passes for 110 yards and had 21 kick-off returns for 503 yards.

O'Neal was listed third on the team’s wide receiver depth chart, following Florida State’s 2006 spring practice. He was dismissed from the team and transferred to City College of San Francisco.
