Chris is one of the more sought after prospects in the South.
As a junior, Walker had 83 tackles, 10.5 for losses, 4 sacks, and 9 caused fumbles.
Final senior seasons stats: Christian Brothers lost in the semifinals of the playoffs and finished with a 7-5 record. Walker says he had about three sacks, three fumbles caused, two recovered and two touchdowns at tight end.
He reports a 3.0 core GPA and an 18 ACT, which he'll retake in December.
Chris Walker: "I'm a rangy player and have really good closing speed," Walker said. "I run well sideline-to-sideline and it's hard for teams to keep up with me. I'm really aggressive, but I want to get bigger and get some weight on. I also want to improve my footwork and agility."
Walker benches 300 pounds, squats 450 and has a 36-inch vertical jump. He is also being recruited for basketball and says he's the state Pre-Season Player of the Year.
